The Jai Tulunad (R.) Kudla Unit conducted a volunteer service and ‘Bale Tulu Lipit Pudar Bareka’ campaign during the Brahmakalashotsava at Sri Bhagavathi Temple, Sasihitlu, on Sunday, March 8, 2026 (Maayi 23). Volunteers actively assisted with the temple festivities, while the Tulu script awareness desk attracted many devotees, who enthusiastically had their names written in traditional Tulu script. The Tulu script campaign was supported by Keerthan R. Kotian, Rohini Shetty, Bhavishya Sandeep, Santhosh Katpadi, Kiran Tuluve, Sharath Raj Alankar and Aishwarya Innanje. The volunteer service was led by Rajashree Chandrashekhar, Uday Poonja, Akshith Kenjar and Jeevitha Kuttar, along with other members and volunteers. The initiative highlighted the organization’s commitment to preserving Tulu language, script and cultural heritage.
