The three-day ‘Pustaka Habba 2026’, organized by Sahitya Kendra Mangaluru at Sanghanikethana, successfully concluded on August 16,17,18. A major highlight of the book festival was the 'Bale Tulu Lipit Pudar Bareka' (Let's Write Names in Tulu Script) workshop, hosted by the Jai Tulunad (Reg.) Kudla Unit. Aimed at promoting the native Tulu script, the initiative received an exceptional response. Hundreds of enthusiastic attendees, including youth and children, joyfully learned to write their names in Tulu. Vice President Chetan Anchan, alongside a dedicated team of Tulu script teachers, guided the participants, earning widespread appreciation from literature enthusiasts.
